VIBE FITNESS STUDIO DanceFIT

VIBE Fitness Studio offers several DanceFIT classes each week at various times and days in order to meet each members' needs.  Each class has a different flare to ensure a variety of routines and styles.  VIBE's DanceFIT instructor, Stephanie, has over 24 years experience teaching Dance & Dance Fitness classes.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.  Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music.  The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.  Squats and lunges are also incorporated.  Approximately 15 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 200,000 locations across 180 countries (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zumba).
